According to the Notice on Deepening the Promotion of Clean Production in Key Enterprises (Huan Fa [2010] No. 54) issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the company is required to conduct clean production audits for key enterprises.
The company leadership is urgently implementing the relevant work of clean production. In accordance with the requirements of the national "Notice on Issuing the Regulations on the Clean Production Audit Procedure for Key Enterprises" (Huan Fa [2005] No. 151), Yantai Clean Energy Testing Center Co., Ltd. is entrusted as a consulting unit to carry out clean production audit work.
This clean production audit proposed a total of 8 feasible no/low cost plans and 4 medium/high cost plans, all of which were implemented and achieved good environmental and economic benefits. A total investment of 1.026 million yuan can reduce emissions of 0.2 tons of waste lubricants and 20 tons of waste materials annually. The company has passed this round of clean production audit, and the unit product electricity consumption has been reduced from 0.15 kWh/piece before the audit to 0.12 kWh/piece, with a reduction rate of 20%; The hazardous waste discharge per unit product has been reduced from 1.7kg/10000 pieces to 1.19kg/10000 pieces, with a reduction rate of 30%; All have achieved the recent clean production goals, with significant economic and environmental benefits.
