The company currently operates 4 Precision Stamping Production Lines from Japan's MORI, with tonnages including 400T, 650T, and 800T. For conventional stamping, the tonnages cover 110T, 200T, 260T, 1000T, etc. Additionally, the company is equipped with a complete set of supporting processes, including Machining, grinding, deburring, cleaning and drying, welding, and riveting.

It continuously enhances its R&D capabilities in Mold Design, process improvement, and other aspects, and elevates the level of transformation of enterprise technological achievements.
The precision stamping die solutions developed by the company enable local parts of the die to withstand a pressure of 2700MPa, realizing the precision stamping production of carbon steel with a thickness >14mm and SUS 304 stainless steel with a thickness >12mm, and forming a number of core independent intellectual property rights.
Huabang Precision adheres to the "industry-university-research" integrated joint development model, engaging Professor Zhuang Xincun from Shanghai Jiao Tong University for technical guidance to achieve complementary advantages and continuously enhance its independent R&D capabilities.
